Paddle Steamers

Situated on the banks of the Murray River, Echuca is a picturesque historic town that offers an endless amount of fun activities to do with kids.  Walking along the river, you can imagine an era gone by and the kids can get a glimpse of what life was like when paddles steamers were the main form of transport for goods and people.

Paddle steamers such as the PS Emmylou and PS Pevensey casually make their way up and down the Murray River and travelling on one of the many paddle steamers that depart from the Port of Echuca is a great way to enjoy an hour or two on the water.
